Ezyfit is the home of Group Fitness on the Sunshine Coast. With 4 large group fitness spaces and over 60 classes each week, our concert style sound and lighting lead the way in Group Fitness. We feature quality instructors and popular Les Mills programs, and deliver exceptional world class fitness experiences every time.

We understand that not everyone can attend our LIVE group fitness times. At Ezyfit we have the solution that allows you to attend group fitness classes 24/7. Les Mills Virtual classes are exciting, cinematic-quality versions of live classes. With chart-topping music and instruction from the world’s best talent, these classes are scientifically designed to get results.

If you are a shift worker, want a speedy lunch time work out, prefer to hit the club just after school, or at 1 am in the morning we have you covered. Our timetable design offers you an additional 102 classes each week, as well as On Demand from 9pm – 5am each night where you choose the class program, length and start time to suit you.

BODYPUMP – It’s a revolutionary weight training workout that strengthens, tones and defines every muscle in your body. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
RPM – Is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training.
SPRINT – Is built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It’s a quick and hard sprint that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. All performed on a indoor cycling bike.
BODYATTACK – Is a sport-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.
BODYCOMBAT™ is a total body martial arts workout that is designed to give you maximum calorie burn. Punch and kick your way to fitness with these high-energy non contact martial arts workout videos. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
CORE really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!
LES MILLS BARRE™ is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

Strengthen your entire body & leave each BODYBALANCE™ class feeling calm & centered. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background.

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of STEP – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout!”
In 30 minutes you will experience a high intensity full body workout. Through bursts of training at your max, followed by short recoveries, we can help you push your fitness to the next level! Our coaches are here to help guide you and get you training at your best! Sessions are capped at 24 participants, to offer a small group training environment.
Boxfit ultilises boxing drills incorporating 6, 9 and 12 rounds of punching combinations and strength movements, designed to give you greater inner confidence whilst building fitness and strength. Sessions typically involve using focus pads in a fun, challenging and safe workout environment.
It’s an overall calorie smashing, muscle creating, lactic burning, energy inspiring complete body challenge. Work through each circuit targeting every muscle group through cardiovascular, plyometric and strength training.
Vinyasa means “Breath Flow Movement”. Vinyasa yoga is to create heat in the body and increased circulation, revitalizing the body and relaxing the mind.
Pilates develops your mind-body connection along with your core muscles. Improves tone, strength and core muscles and is great at preventing or rehabilitating injuries.
Working from the inside out, Yogalates™ improves body awareness and alignment to help develop proper movement patterns. It is designed to awaken and strengthen the subtle and structural core muscles through Pilates based exercises whilst incorporating Yoga postures.”
An essential part of your training plan is also recovery. Using resistance bands, foam rollers and trigger balls this class will assist all over body & joint flexibility, relieve tension & facilitate overall well-being.
